Welcome to the WPA Community!

Thank you for your interest in joining the Wisconsin Paraoptometric Association (WPA)! Membership is a great way to grow your career, expand your knowledge, and connect with paraoptometric professionals across the state.

The WPA is led by a dedicated board of directors, including executive officers, district liaisons, and appointed roles like our VOSH representative. Together, we provide opportunities for education, collaboration, and professional development.

As a member, you can:

• Attend our Annual Business Meeting at the Fall Convention

• Vote on key organizational decisions (active members only)

Membership Categories:

• Active Members: Paraoptometrics working with WOA members or licensed O.D.s in Wisconsin, or students in a paraoptometric program. (Dues apply)

• Honorary Members: Individuals recognized for significant contributions to the profession. (No dues)

• Special Class Members: Those not meeting active/honorary criteria but interested in participating in events.
  (Dues apply; no voting or office-holding rights)
